One principle
Your archive is used to train your company's agents alone. We never train one company's model on another's data, and never use your archive outside the agreement.
Where it is stored
- Default: on infrastructure we rent, isolated per client.
- On request: private hosting on your own servers or a cloud account you own.
Who can reach it
- Only the delivery team assigned to your account.
- Every access is logged: who opened what, and when.
Agent permissions
Each agent sees only what it needs:
- The finance agent does not read code.
- The engineering agent has no access to secrets and merges nothing without human approval.
- The personal-number agent sends nothing in your name outside templates you approved.
Deletion
When the contract ends, the archive and models are deleted within the period agreed in writing, and we send you confirmation.
